Amber Hills Maple Farm was started in 2020 by The Moore Family in Hastings Highlands, Ontario. What started as an experiment and a visit to old family history, quickly turned into a passion for taking the sugar water and transforming it into delicious maple syrup.
We started very small, learning the process and slowly expanded due to our love of Maple Syrup.
We are constantly working towards bettering the process and finding the balance that keeps old traditions alive.
We produce small batches of high quality maple syrup, this includes, golden, amber, and dark syrup. We pride ourselves on both our process and our bush, that allows us to have a wide selections of types and flavors.
