Matt’s Biltong Air-Dried Beef
No weird stuff. No nitrates. Just real ingredients and proper technique.
We start with premium cuts of Canadian beef, seasoned simply with salt, cider vinegar, black pepper, toasted coriander, and a touch of clove. The beef is marinated and air-dried — never cooked — creating a tender, deeply flavourful snack packed with 25g of protein per package.
Once it’s perfectly dried, we seal it using specialized packaging that removes the oxygen, keeping it fresh for a long time.
Until you open it.
Then it usually disappears in a few minutes.
