Ingredients- Cotton Fabric + Organic, unhealed oats.
Directions To heat up, place in microwave for 2 minutes and then place onto desired area. To cool down, place in freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes and place on desired area. Not to be used in replacement of medicine or therapy prescribed by a doctor. Do not heat past two minutes in the microwave to prevent burns and/ or ruining the heat sac.
