Because this balm is handmade with natural ingredients, the texture may vary slightly between batches. This does not affect quality or performance.
When the product gets cold, you can rub it between your hands to make it easier to spread. It has a melting point of the average persons body temperature. Sometimes you may find a grainy consistency… just rub it between your hands and it will absorb easily.
