locally sourced food, handcrafted goods, and farm products, all in one place.
2. Where are you located?
We are based in Belleville, Ontario, serving surrounding communities with local delivery and
pickup options.
3. Do you have a physical store?
We operate from a warehouse distribution model. Orders are placed online and fulfilled through
pickup or delivery.
4. Are all products local?
We prioritize local farms, artisans, and small businesses. Each vendor is carefully selected to
align with our values of quality and community support.
Ordering & Delivery
5. How does ordering work?
Browse products online, add items from multiple vendors to one cart, check out once, and choose
delivery or pickup.
6. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Hastings County (excluding North of hwy 7 at this time) Prince Edward
County and Brighton. Delivery zones and fees are shown at checkout.
7. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is included with member plans. Otherwise, a small delivery / packing fee applies per
order.
8. When will I receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled daily. Cutoff times are listed on the website.
9. Can I choose a pickup option?
Yes! We offer scheduled pickup from our warehouse location.

13. Who are your vendors?
Our vendors are local farmers, food producers, and artisans from Hastings & Prince Edward

No, vendors set their own pricing
Food & Safety
17. How do you handle fresh or frozen items?
Fresh and frozen products are stored and handled with care, following proper food safety
practices. We pack orders to maintain temperature during transport, and delivery notifications
help ensure you can bring your items inside as soon as they arrive.
18. What if I’m not happy with something?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.

19. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card and PayPal approved online payment methods.
20. Can I return items?
Due to the nature of food products, returns are limited. Non-food items may be eligible
depending on condition.
